Macaroni:
- 1 lb elbow macaroni
Cheese Sauce:

- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp white cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Gruyère cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 1 1/2 cups cooked lobster meat, chopped
- 1–2 teaspoons white truffle oil (to taste)
Topping:
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and butter a 9×13-inch baking dish. Cook macaroni in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain.
- In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt 4 tablespoons butter. Whisk in flour and cook for 1–2 minutes to form a roux. Gradually whisk in milk and cream until smooth and slightly thickened, about 5–6 minutes. Stir in Dijon mustard, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add cheddar, Gruyère, and Parmesan cheeses, stirring until melted and creamy. Fold in cooked pasta, lobster meat, and white truffle oil. Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Transfer mixture to the prepared baking dish. In a small bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs with 2 tablespoons melted butter, then sprinkle evenly over the top.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes until bubbly and golden. Garnish with parsley before serving.
