Potatoes:

Filling:

- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon (chopped)
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions

Instructions
- Preheat oven: Heat the oven to 400°F.
- Prepare potatoes: Scrub, dry, prick, rub with oil, season with salt. Bake for 50–60 mins.
