For the sauce:
- 3 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon sriracha (optional)
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
Instructions
- Prepare the Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together all sauce ingredients and set aside.
- Cook the Chicken: Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute. Add ground chicken and cook until fully browned. Stir in the bell pepper and carrots, cook until tender.
