Cream Cheese Mixture:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 packet taco seasoning (about 1 tablespoon)
- 1/2 cup finely chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup finely chopped black olives (optional)
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers (optional)
Additional:
- 5 large flour tortillas
Instructions
- Mix Cream Cheese Mixture: In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Add taco seasoning, cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, green onions, black olives, and bell peppers if using. Mix well.
- Prepare Tortillas: Spread a thin layer of the mixture on each tortilla. Roll up tightly and place seam-side down on a plate.
- Chill and Slice: Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Slice each roll-up into 1-inch pieces.
