Cream Cheese Mixture:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/2 packet taco seasoning (about 1 tablespoon)
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped green onions
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped black olives (optional)
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers (optional)

Additional:

  • 5 large flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. Mix Cream Cheese Mixture: In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Add taco seasoning, cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, green onions, black olives, and bell peppers if using. Mix well.
