Meat Sauce:

  • 1 (10-ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup water

Toppings:

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped cilantro, sliced green onions, and diced tomatoes for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the Spaghetti: Prepare spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Make the Meat Sauce: In a skillet, heat olive oil and brown the ground beef. Add onion, garlic, taco seasoning, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, and water. Simmer for 5 minutes.
