- pinch of salt
Wet Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
- 1/4 cup fresh or frozen strawberries (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon strawberry jam
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Optional Glaze:
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1/2–1 teaspoon milk
- pink sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a small ramekin or dish.
- Prepare the Batter: Blend oats, protein powder, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, almond milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Layer the Ingredients: Pour half of the batter into the ramekin, add strawberry jam, chopped strawberries, then pour the remaining batter.
- Bake: Bake for 22–25 minutes until set and golden. Cool for 5 minutes.
- Make the Glaze: Mix powdered sugar with milk until pourable. Drizzle over the oats and add sprinkles.
