Wet Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
  • 1/4 cup fresh or frozen strawberries (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon strawberry jam
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Optional Glaze:

  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1/21 teaspoon milk
  • pink sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a small ramekin or dish.
  2. Prepare the Batter: Blend oats, protein powder, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, almond milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Layer the Ingredients: Pour half of the batter into the ramekin, add strawberry jam, chopped strawberries, then pour the remaining batter.
  4. Bake: Bake for 22–25 minutes until set and golden. Cool for 5 minutes.
  5. Make the Glaze: Mix powdered sugar with milk until pourable. Drizzle over the oats and add sprinkles.
