Egg Mixture:

8 large eggs, 2 1/2 cups whole milk, 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, chopped parsley for garnish (optional)


Instructions
