Pasta:
- 12 oz penne pasta
Chicken:

- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)

- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
