Chicken:

Sauce:
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup hot sauce (such as Frank’s RedHot)
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water (optional, for thickening)

Instructions
- Place Chicken in Slow Cooker: Put the chicken in the slow cooker.
- Mix Sauce: In a small bowl, combine honey, hot sauce, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Pour over the chicken.
- Cook: Cover and cook on low for 4–5 hours or high for 2–3 hours until chicken is cooked through. Shred chicken with forks.
- Thicken Sauce (Optional): Add cornstarch slurry and cook on high for 15 more minutes if desired.
- Serve: Pile hot honey chicken on brioche buns. Top with coleslaw and pickles if preferred.
