Ingredients
For the filling:
200g ground beef or chicken, 1 small onion (finely chopped), 2 large eggs, 1/2 teaspoon curry powder, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
For assembly:
1 soft baguette or long sandwich roll (halved lengthwise), 1 tablespoon mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon ketchup, 1 tablespoon chili sauce (optional), 1 tablespoon cooking oil, chopped green onions or parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the filling: In a bowl, mix ground meat, chopped onion, eggs, curry powder, salt, and pepper.
- Assemble: Spread the egg-meat mixture on cut sides of baguette.
- Cook: Heat oil in a skillet, place bread filling-side down, cook until browned.
- Finish: Drizzle with mayonnaise, ketchup, and chili sauce. Garnish and serve sliced.
