Steak Bites:

  • 1 pound sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil, divided
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Shrimp:

  • 3/4 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined, tails on or off
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter

Other:

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Steak and Shrimp: Pat the steak and shrimp dry. Toss the steak cubes with olive oil, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss the shrimp with olive oil and a pinch of salt.
  2. Cook the Steak Bites: Sear the steak in a skillet until browned. Remove and set aside.
  3. Cook the Shrimp: In the same skillet, sauté garlic in butter. Add shrimp and cook until pink. Return steak to the pan.
  4. Finish and Serve: Stir in soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Cook briefly, sprinkle with parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.
