Steak Bites:
- 1 pound sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 3 tablespoons olive oil, divided
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Shrimp:
- 3/4 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined, tails on or off
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
Other:
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Prepare the Steak and Shrimp: Pat the steak and shrimp dry. Toss the steak cubes with olive oil, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss the shrimp with olive oil and a pinch of salt.
- Cook the Steak Bites: Sear the steak in a skillet until browned. Remove and set aside.
- Cook the Shrimp: In the same skillet, sauté garlic in butter. Add shrimp and cook until pink. Return steak to the pan.
- Finish and Serve: Stir in soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Cook briefly, sprinkle with parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.
Notes

- For extra heat, add red pepper flakes while cooking the shrimp.
