Scale
Slider Sandwiches
- 12 slider buns or Hawaiian rolls, sliced in half
- 1 pound deli roast beef, thinly sliced
- 12 slices provolone cheese
- 1/2 cup caramelized onions (optional)
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
Au Jus
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the baking dish: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish. Arrange the bottom halves of the slider buns in the dish.
- Assemble the sliders: Layer each bun bottom with roast beef, caramelized onions if using, and provolone cheese. Place the slider bun tops on each.
- Mix and brush butter sauce: In a small bowl, combine melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and dried parsley. Brush this mixture generously over the tops of the buns.
- Bake the sliders: Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Then uncover and bake for an additional 5 to 7 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the cheese has melted.
- Prepare the au jus: While the sliders bake, combine beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder in a small saucepan. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook for 5 to 7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve: Remove sliders from the oven and serve warm with individual bowls of the au jus for dipping.
Notes
- These sliders are perfect for parties, game day, or a cozy dinner.

- Caramelized onions are optional but add a sweet, rich flavor.
- Ensure the au jus is hot when serving for the best dipping experience.
- Slider buns can be substituted with Hawaiian rolls for a slightly sweeter taste.
