Instructions
- Roast the Garlic: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice the top off one head of garlic to expose the cloves, drizzle with 1 tablespoon olive oil, sprinkle with salt, wrap it in foil, and roast in the oven for about 30-35 minutes until soft and caramelized. This roasted garlic will be used to flavor the pizza.
- Prepare the Chicken: While the garlic roasts, cook and shred the chicken breast if not already prepared. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Preheat Oven and Prepare Dough: Increase the oven temperature to 475°F (245°C) after removing the garlic. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into your desired shape and place it on a pizza stone or baking tray.
- Assemble the Pizza: Spread the roasted garlic cloves over the dough, mashing them slightly to distribute the flavor evenly. Drizzle with olive oil. Scatter the shredded chicken evenly over the dough, then add dollops of ricotta cheese, followed by shredded mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
