Instructions
- Prepare the crust: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a tart pan and bake for 8–10 minutes. Let cool.
- Make the white chocolate mousse: Melt white chocolate with cream, then combine with cream cheese, vanilla, and salt. Whip remaining cream to stiff peaks, fold into the white chocolate mixture. Pour into the crust and refrigerate for 4 hours.
