Puff Pastry Cinnamon Rolls:
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1/3 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
For the glaze:
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1–2 tablespoons milk
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the pastry: On a lightly floured surface, unfold the puff pastry sheet and gently roll it out. Brush with melted butter.
- Make the filling: Mix brown sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle over the buttered pastry.
- Roll and slice: Roll the pastry into a log, slice into pieces, and place on the baking sheet.
- Bake: Bake for 18–22 minutes until golden.
- Make the glaze: Whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla. Drizzle over warm rolls.
