- 1 scoop (about 30g) vanilla or chocolate protein powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons milk (or almond milk)

- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix Ingredients: In a medium bowl, combine peanut butter, sugar, egg, protein powder, baking soda, salt, vanilla extract, and milk until smooth. Fold in chocolate chips if desired.
- Form Cookies: Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto the baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Flatten slightly with a fork in a crisscross pattern.
- Bake: Bake for 8–10 minutes or until the edges are set. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
