  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons milk (or almond milk)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix Ingredients: In a medium bowl, combine peanut butter, sugar, egg, protein powder, baking soda, salt, vanilla extract, and milk until smooth. Fold in chocolate chips if desired.
