Cereal Mix:
- 8 cups Crispix cereal (or Rice Chex/Corn Chex mix)
Pecan Praline Coating:
- 2 cups pecan halves
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup light corn syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
- Preheat oven and prepare baking sheet: Preheat oven to 250°F (120°C) and lightly grease a large rimmed baking sheet.
- Mix cereal and pecans: In a large mixing bowl, combine cereal and pecans.
- Prepare praline coating: In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter, then stir in brown sugar and corn syrup. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in baking soda, vanilla, and salt.
- Coat cereal mix: Immediately pour the praline mixture over the cereal and pecans, tossing to coat evenly.
- Bake: Spread the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
- Cool and serve: Remove from oven, let cool completely, then break into clusters before serving.
