Pistachio Filling:

  • 1/2 cup pistachio cream or pistachio paste
  • 1/4 cup chopped roasted pistachios
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Additional:

  • 1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)
  • Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat and Prepare: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 6-cup muffin tin or line with parchment.
  2. Roll and Cut: Roll out the thawed puff pastry, cut into 6 rectangles.
  3. Mix Filling: Combine pistachio cream, milk, and vanilla.
  4. Fill and Roll: Spread pistachio filling on pastry, roll into logs.
  5. Shape and Bake: Coil logs, place in muffin cups, brush with egg, sprinkle sugar and pistachios, bake 20–25 min.
