Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix wet ingredients: In a large bowl, beat together the softened butter, pistachio cream, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth. Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing well.
- Combine dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the wet mixture, stirring until combined. Fold in pistachios and chocolate chips.
- Bake: Scoop dough onto baking sheet and bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are golden. Cool on a wire rack.
