Cheerio Bites:
- 3 cups Honey Nut Cheerios
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
Instructions
- Prepare the Mixture: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the peanut butter and honey. Stir continuously until the mixture is smooth and fully melted, about 2–3 minutes.
- Add Flavor: Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt. Add the Cheerios to the mixture and stir until evenly coated.
- Form the Bites: Let the mixture cool slightly, then use your hands or a cookie scoop to form small bite-sized balls. Place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Chill and Enjoy: Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until firm. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
