Cod Fillets:

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Salt to taste

- 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease it lightly.
- Prepare the cod: Pat the cod fillets dry, season with salt and pepper.
- Mix the coating: Combine Parmesan, panko, parsley, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper in a bowl.
