Oreo Ice Cream Sandwich Cake:
- 12 Oreo cookies (crushed)
- 12 ice cream sandwiches (vanilla or flavor of choice)
- 8 ounces whipped topping (thawed)
- 1 cup hot fudge sauce (warmed)
- 1 cup caramel sauce (warmed)
- extra Oreo cookies or chocolate shavings for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Line the baking dish: Line the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish with 6 ice cream sandwiches, trimming as needed to fit.
- Add layers: Spread half of the whipped topping over the sandwiches, then drizzle with half of the hot fudge and caramel sauce. Sprinkle with half of the crushed Oreos.
- Repeat layers: Repeat layers with remaining sandwiches, whipped topping, sauces, and crushed Oreos.
- Freeze: Cover and freeze for at least 3 hours or until firm.
- Serve: Slice and serve frozen, garnished with extra Oreos or chocolate shavings if desired.
