Pasta and Cheese:
- 1 (24-ounce) jar marinara sauce
- 3 cups beef broth
- 12 ounces penne pasta, uncooked
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook Ground Beef: In a large pot, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat if needed.
- Saute Aromatics: Add diced onion and cook until softened. Stir in garlic, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes; cook until fragrant.
