Description

Ingredients

Baby Potatoes:

1 1/2 pounds baby potatoes, halved

Seasoning Mixture:

2 tablespoons olive oil, 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard, 1 tablespoon whole grain mustard, 1 tablespoon honey, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Garnish:

Chopped parsley or chives (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven:
  2. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. Prepare the Potatoes:
  4. In a large bowl, mix olive oil, Dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, honey, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Add halved baby potatoes and coat them well. Arrange the potatoes cut-side down on the baking sheet.
