Egg Bites:
- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup cooked bacon or sausage (chopped)
- 1/4 cup bell pepper (diced)
- 2 tablespoons green onion (chopped)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 12-cup mini muffin tin.
- Prepare the Egg Mixture: Whisk eggs and milk, then add cheese, bacon, bell pepper, green onion, salt, and pepper.
- Fill the Muffin Cups: Pour the mixture into the muffin cups, filling each about 3/4 full.
- Bake: Bake for 15–18 minutes until set and golden.
- Serve: Let cool before serving warm or storing.
