- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
For Garnish and Serving:
- 2 green onions (sliced)
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro (chopped)
- Tortilla chips or crackers for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven and prepare baking dish: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×9-inch baking dish.
- Mix ingredients: In a large bowl, combine Mexicorn, green chiles, mayonnaise, sour cream, cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack, garlic powder, chili powder, and black pepper. Mix until well blended.
- Bake: Spread mixture evenly into the baking dish. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until hot and bubbly with a golden top.
- Garnish and serve: Remove from oven and garnish with green onions and cilantro. Serve warm with tortilla chips or crackers.

- For extra heat, add diced jalapeños or use pepper jack cheese.
