Graham Cracker Crust:
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
Layers:
- 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup butterscotch chips
- 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
- 1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the crust.
- Layer with chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, coconut, and nuts in that order. Gently press the layers down with the back of a spatula.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
- Let cool completely in the pan before cutting into bars.
In a medium bowl, mix the melted butter with the graham cracker crumbs until evenly combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish to form a crust.
Notes
- For a twist, try swapping the butterscotch chips with white chocolate or peanut butter chips.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
