Ingredients

Scale

Potato Gnocchi:

  • 1 lb potato gnocchi

Cheese Sauce:

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Gruyère cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Additional Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups cooked lobster meat, chopped
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven and prepare the baking dish: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and butter a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Cook the gnocchi: Cook gnocchi in salted boiling water until they float to the surface, about 2–3 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  3. Prepare the cheese sauce: Melt butter in a saucepan, whisk in flour, then gradually whisk in milk and cream. Stir in seasonings and cheeses until melted and creamy.
