  • 1 (6.5 oz) can minced clams (drained and liquid reserved)

  • ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter (optional)
  • Grated Parmesan cheese for serving (optional)

Instructions
