Spaghetti or Linguine:
- 12 ounces
Chicken:
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into thin strips)
Seasoning:
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Sauce:
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 2 lemons)
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Cook Pasta: Boil pasta until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- Cook Chicken: Season and cook chicken until golden brown. Set aside.
