Description

This refreshing Iced Peach Colada is a tropical blend of frozen peaches, creamy coconut, and pineapple juice, perfectly balanced with rum and a touch of sweetness. Served chilled and garnished with fresh peach slices and mint, it’s an ideal summer cocktail or a delightful non-alcoholic treat.

Ingredients

Scale

Fruit & Garnish

  • 1 1/2 cups frozen peach slices
  • Fresh peach slices, for garnish (optional)
  • A sprig of mint, for garnish (optional)

Liquids & Sweeteners

  • 1/2 cup coconut cream (or coconut milk for a lighter version)
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/4 cup white rum (optional, for a non-alcoholic version, skip the rum)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or simple syrup (optional, depending on sweetness)

Other

  • 1/2 cup ice

Instructions

  1. Blend the ingredients: In a blender, combine the frozen peach slices, coconut cream, pineapple juice, rum (if using), honey or simple syrup, and ice. Blend until smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, add a little more pineapple juice to reach your desired consistency.
  2. Taste and adjust: Taste the drink and adjust the sweetness if necessary by adding more honey or syrup. Blend again to mix evenly.
  3. Serve: Pour the iced peach colada into glasses and garnish with fresh peach slices and a sprig of mint if desired.
  4. Enjoy: Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing Iced Peach Colada!

Notes

  • For a lighter version, substitute coconut cream with coconut milk.
  • Omit the rum for a non-alcoholic mocktail version.
  • If you prefer a sweeter drink, adjust the honey or simple syrup to taste.
  • Add more pineapple juice if you want a thinner consistency.
  • Use fresh peaches instead of frozen if preferred, but add extra ice to chill the drink.
