Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking and facilitate easy cleanup.
  2. Prepare the Carrots: Peel the carrots and slice them in half lengthwise if they are thick to ensure even roasting. Pat them dry to help achieve better caramelization.
  3. Make the Glaze: In a small saucepan or microwave-safe bowl, melt the unsalted butter. Stir in the honey and minced garlic. Season with a pinch of salt and black pepper to taste.
