For the filling:

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

For the glaze:

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 12 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Dough Preparation: In a bowl, mix warm milk, yeast, and sugar. Add butter, egg, salt, and flour. Knead and let rise.
  2. Filling: Cook blueberries, sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice until thickened.
  3. Assembly: Roll out dough, spread filling, roll, slice, and place in a baking dish. Let rise.
  4. Baking: Bake rolls until golden brown.
  5. Glaze: Combine powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla. Drizzle over warm rolls.
