- 3/4 cup warm milk (110°F)
- 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast (1 packet)
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
For the filling:
- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
For the glaze:
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1–2 tablespoons milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Dough Preparation: In a bowl, mix warm milk, yeast, and sugar. Add butter, egg, salt, and flour. Knead and let rise.
- Filling: Cook blueberries, sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice until thickened.
- Assembly: Roll out dough, spread filling, roll, slice, and place in a baking dish. Let rise.
- Baking: Bake rolls until golden brown.
- Glaze: Combine powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla. Drizzle over warm rolls.
