Dough:
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup self-rising flour
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Egg Wash:
- 1 large egg (beaten)
Additional:
- 1 tablespoon everything bagel seasoning
- 2 ounces light cream cheese (optional, for filling)
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare Dough: In a medium bowl, mix Greek yogurt, self-rising flour, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt until a dough forms. Adjust with more flour if sticky. Divide into 12 pieces.
- Fill Dough (Optional): If using cream cheese, flatten each piece, add cream cheese, and seal edges. Roll into balls.
- Assembly: Place dough balls on the baking sheet. Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with bagel seasoning.
- Bake: Bake for 18–20 minutes until golden brown.
