Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare Cream Cheese Filling: In a small bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Assemble the Bites: Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into squares. Place cream cheese mixture, raspberry preserves, and a raspberry on each square. Fold corners over the filling and press to seal.
