For the Guacamole:

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Grill: Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
  2. Grill the Shrimp: Toss shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Grill for 2–3 minutes per side until cooked through.
  3. Prepare Guacamole and Pico de Gallo: Make guacamole by mixing avocados, lime juice, garlic, and salt. Combine ingredients for pico de gallo in a separate bowl.
  4. Assemble Tostadas: Spread guacamole on tostada shells, top with grilled shrimp, and spoon pico de gallo over the shrimp.
  5. Serve: Serve immediately with lime wedges on the side.
