- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill or mint
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, whisk together the yogurt, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Place the chicken breasts in a resealable bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Grill the Chicken: Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and grill for 5–7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Let the chicken rest before slicing.
- Prepare the Yogurt Sauce: Mix all sauce ingredients in a small bowl. Adjust seasoning as needed.
