  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill or mint

Instructions

  1. Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, whisk together the yogurt, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Place the chicken breasts in a resealable bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  2. Grill the Chicken: Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and grill for 5–7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Let the chicken rest before slicing.
  3. Prepare the Yogurt Sauce: Mix all sauce ingredients in a small bowl. Adjust seasoning as needed.
  4. Serve: Serve the grilled chicken with a dollop of yogurt sauce and garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
