  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

For the creamy garlic sauce:

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill: Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Prepare the chicken: In a bowl, toss the chicken pieces with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder until evenly coated.
  3. Grill the chicken: Grill the chicken for 4–5 minutes per side until cooked through and lightly charred. Remove from heat and set aside.
