For the Steak Bites:
- 1 ½ pounds sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
For the Parmesan Cream Sauce:
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- ¼ tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Season the Steak Bites: Season the steak bites with salt and black pepper.
- Sear the Steak Bites: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak bites and sear for 2–3 minutes on each side until browned.
- Make the Sauce: In the same skillet, add butter and garlic. Pour in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 3–4 minutes until thickened.
- Combine and Serve: Return the steak to the skillet, toss in the sauce, and garnish with parsley. Serve warm.

- For extra flavor, marinate the steak bites in garlic and olive oil for 30 minutes before cooking.
