Beef Bites:
- 2 lbs beef stew meat or sirloin (cut into 1-inch cubes)
Garlic Butter Sauce:
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare Garlic Butter Mixture: In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, onion powder, paprika, and red pepper flakes if using.
- Cook Beef: Add beef cubes to the slow cooker and pour the garlic butter mixture over the top. Toss to coat evenly.
- Cook in Slow Cooker: Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or on high for 3–4 hours, until the beef is tender and flavorful.
- Serve: Stir gently, then garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

- For added depth, add 1/2 cup beef broth for more sauce or toss in mushrooms during the last hour of cooking.
