Instructions
- Cook Sausages: Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the pork sausages and cook for 12–15 minutes, turning occasionally until they are golden brown on the outside and cooked through inside.
- Fry Bacon: Using the same skillet, add the back bacon and fry for 4–5 minutes until the slices are crisp and nicely browned.
- Cook Mushrooms and Tomatoes: Push the cooked meats to one side of the skillet. Add the sliced button mushrooms and cook until they are browned, about 4 minutes. Simultaneously, place the tomato halves cut-side down in the pan and cook for 3–4 minutes until softened and slightly charred on the surface.
- Warm Baked Beans: In a small separate saucepan, warm the baked beans over low heat, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking and ensure even heating.
- Fry Eggs: Wipe the skillet clean. Add the remaining oil or butter and fry the eggs to your preferred doneness, with sunny side up being traditional for a Full English Breakfast.
- Toast and Butter Bread: Toast the slices of bread until golden. While still warm, spread each slice with butter.
- Assemble Plate: Arrange sausages, bacon, mushrooms, tomatoes, baked beans, fried eggs, and buttered toast on each plate. Season the eggs and tomatoes with salt and black pepper according to taste. Serve immediately for the best flavor and texture.
