- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar

Instructions
- Prepare Strawberry Puree: In a saucepan, cook strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice until syrupy. Blend until smooth, then strain.
- Prepare Gelatin: Bloom gelatin in water, then mix into warm strawberry puree. Let cool.
- Whip Cream: In a separate bowl, whip cream, sugar, and vanilla to stiff peaks.
- Combine: Fold strawberry mixture into whipped cream until fluffy.
- Chill: Spoon into glasses and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Serve: Garnish with strawberries or mint before serving.
