  • 1 lb ground beef or ground turkey
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Additional Ingredients:

  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies (like Rotel)
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 2 cups beef or chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Cook Ground Beef: In a large pot over medium heat, cook the ground beef and onion until browned. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  2. Add Ingredients: Stir in beans, corn, tomatoes, seasonings, and broth. Mix well.
  3. Simmer: Bring to a boil, then simmer for 20–25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Serve: Serve hot with desired toppings.

Notes
