These Easy Garlic Butter Beef Cheeseburger Rollups are a fun twist on classic cheeseburgers. Savory ground beef, gooey cheddar cheese, and flavorful garlic butter are rolled up in pizza dough for a delicious and satisfying meal or snack.

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

For the rollups:

  • 1 tube refrigerated pizza dough or crescent roll dough
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
  • sesame seeds for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cook the beef: In a skillet, cook the ground beef and onion. Add salt, pepper, ketchup, and mustard. Cool slightly.
  3. Prepare the rollups: Roll out the pizza dough, spread the beef mixture, add cheese, roll into a log, slice, and place on the baking sheet.
  4. Add garlic butter: Mix melted butter with minced garlic. Brush the rollups, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  5. Bake: Bake for 18–22 minutes until golden brown.
