- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
For the rollups:
- 1 tube refrigerated pizza dough or crescent roll dough
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cook the beef: In a skillet, cook the ground beef and onion. Add salt, pepper, ketchup, and mustard. Cool slightly.
- Prepare the rollups: Roll out the pizza dough, spread the beef mixture, add cheese, roll into a log, slice, and place on the baking sheet.
- Add garlic butter: Mix melted butter with minced garlic. Brush the rollups, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Bake: Bake for 18–22 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve: Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
