Cheese Mixture
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano or Italian seasoning

Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking and ensure easy cleanup.
- Mix Ingredients: In a medium bowl, combine the shredded cheddar, mozzarella, Parmesan cheeses, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, and oregano. Mix thoroughly to evenly distribute spices and cheeses.
- Form Cheese Rounds: Drop heaping tablespoons of the cheese mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing each mound a couple of inches apart to allow spreading. Slightly flatten each mound with the back of a spoon to encourage even baking.
- Bake: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 7–9 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the edges turn golden brown and crispy.
- Cool and Serve: Remove from the oven and let the cheese crisps cool on the pan for a few minutes to firm up. Serve warm as a standalone crispy snack or with mini pretzels or tortilla chips for dipping.

- For a more uniform shape, bake the cheese mixture in mini muffin tins instead of drop spoons.
