Description

Indulge in the sweet and nutty flavors of this delightful Pistachio Cranberry Bark. Creamy white chocolate studded with pistachios and dried cranberries, this easy-to-make treat is perfect for holiday gifting or as a festive dessert.

Ingredients:

  • 12 ounces white chocolate (high quality, chopped or in chips)
  • 1/2 cup shelled pistachios (roughly chopped)
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Melt white chocolate using a double boiler or in the microwave in 20–30 second intervals, stirring between each until smooth.
  2. Reserve a small handful each of pistachios and cranberries for topping. Stir the remaining pistachios and cranberries into the melted chocolate.
  3. Pour mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread into an even layer about 1/4 inch thick. Sprinkle reserved pistachios, cranberries, and sea salt (if using) evenly over the top.
  4. Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes, or until firm. Break into pieces and store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week.
