- 12 ounces white chocolate (high quality, chopped or in chips)
- 1/2 cup shelled pistachios (roughly chopped)
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Melt white chocolate using a double boiler or in the microwave in 20–30 second intervals, stirring between each until smooth.
- Reserve a small handful each of pistachios and cranberries for topping. Stir the remaining pistachios and cranberries into the melted chocolate.
- Pour mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread into an even layer about 1/4 inch thick. Sprinkle reserved pistachios, cranberries, and sea salt (if using) evenly over the top.
- Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes, or until firm. Break into pieces and store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week.
