Instructions
- Prepare Rice Bites: Mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt into cooked rice. Form into bite-sized discs or rectangles and fry until crispy.
- Make Spicy Tuna: Combine diced tuna with mayonnaise, sriracha, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
- Assemble: Top rice bites with avocado slices, tuna mixture, green onions, and sesame seeds.
- Serve: Enjoy immediately with soy sauce for dipping.
