- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
For the Chili Honey:
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1–2 teaspoons red chili flakes (adjust to spice preference)
- 1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare Filling: In a bowl, mix feta, cream cheese, parsley, dill, and black pepper until smooth and well combined.
- Assemble Rolls: Layer phyllo dough sheets, brush with butter-oil mixture, add cheese filling, roll into logs, and place on baking sheet.
- Bake: Brush rolls with more butter-oil mixture and bake until golden brown and crispy.
