- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 1 cup heavy cream

- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
- Cook the pasta: Prepare pasta according to package instructions and set aside.
- Make the sauce: Saute garlic and shallot in butter. Add red pepper flakes, tomato paste, and wine. Stir in cream, Parmesan, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Simmer until thickened.
