Heavy Cream:

1 cup

Parmesan Cheese:

1/2 cup grated

Beef Broth:

1/2 cup

Tomato Paste:

1 tablespoon

Smoked Paprika:

1/2 teaspoon

Salt:

1/4 teaspoon (or to taste)

Black Pepper:

1/4 teaspoon

Parsley:

1 tablespoon chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook Penne: Boil salted water and cook penne until al dente. Drain and set aside.
